We are looking for a self-motivated individual with commitment, initiative and enthusiasm and willing to pursue a long term career in our dynamic Group Digital Transformation Division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Sectors to understand goals, strategic priorities, and ongoing digital transformation needs
- Manage digital transformation demand and capturing high level requirements
- Process mapping and opportunity identification
- Value Articulation and Business Case Development
- Support the evaluation of digital solution options and vendors proposals
- Deliver Project Management Office support
- Establish and report on KPIs and Status reporting
Candidate Profile:
- Having a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management and Agile Development would be preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar digital transformation role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Programming and software development experience with a basic proficiency in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
